WHAT A MIGHTY GOD

What a mighty God we serve
what a mighty God we serve
Angels bow before Him
    heaven and earth adore Him
What a mighty God we serve!

HE IS THE KING OF KINGS

He is the King of Kings
He is the Lord of Lords
His name is Jesus, Jesus,
    Jesus, Jesus
O, He is the King!

His name is Jesus, Jesus
    sad hearts we've no more
He can heal the broken hearted
    open wide the prison door
And He's able to deliver evermore!

STILL

Hide me now, under Your wings
Cover me, within Your mighty hand

When the oceans rise and thunders roar
I will soar with You, above the storm
Father, You are King over the flood
I will be still, know You are God

Find rest my soul, in Christ alone
Know His power, in quietness and trust

When the oceans rise and thunders roar
I will soar with You, above the storm
Father, You are King over the flood
I will be still, know You are God

Last week, we listened to an excellent and challenging message called "The Fire" from ChurchSalt.com. I had no intention of just playing a message audio two weeks in a row, and Lord willing I'll share what I had for this week, the week after next week, since next Sunday is Resurrection Day, and we will be celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.

As Mariposa mentioned, he grandmother passed away last Tuesday, and we were out of town for the funeral, so I didn't have time to put a message together. So today, let's listen to Voddie Baucham in part of his message entitled "The Supremacy of Christ and Truth in a Postmodern World.

Do you know Jesus Christ today? Have you accepted the amazing gift he gave you, the gift of his blood, of his life?

I hope and pray that we take to heart what we just heard. And as we get out of our seats and come gather at the front, let's prepare our hearts for a time of seeking after God, of humbling ourselves in his presence so that we can get out of the way and let God be God in our lives.

If you want someone to pray with you, you can instant message me or someone else on the ministry team. Whenever you need to leave, you're dismissed, and I pray you have a blessed week.

Come, let's gather at the front, and spend some time together seeking after God.
