NOBODY LIKE YOU
by Benjamin R. Faust

(There's) Nobody like you Lord
Nobody like you
Nobody like you Lord
You are worthy
(repeat)

You alone are King of Kings
You alone are Lord of Lords
You alone are worthy there is
No one else like you
Every knee on earth will bow
Every tongue confess that you are
Lord above the heavens,
There is no one else like you!

YOUR WORD IS A LAMP
by Benjamin R. Faust

Your Word is a lamp unto my feet
and a light unto my path
Your Word is a lamp unto my feet
and a light unto my path

No longer do we walk in darkness
No longer do we walk in darkness
No longer do we walk in darkness

For you have called us out of darkness
into your marvelous light
We turn our backs on what is wrong
and choose to do what's right

Your blood is flowing through my veins
to cleanse until all that remains
Is clay that's molded
through the pains of life

Your Spirit blows into these bones
to claim this temple as its home
And starts a fire
that soon becomes a blaze

YOU ARE HOLY
by Benjamin R. Faust

You are holy
great and worthy
All creation is
full of Your glory
Angels prostrate
fall - and with one voice proclaim
Glory and Majesty to
Whom for all eternity reigns! (He reigns!)
(Him for all eternity)

To Him who sits on the throne
Glory and honor and praise
forever and ever
And to the Lamb who was slain
And set us free from the grave
and those who know Him are free

Father God, thank You for this time we have in Your house with other believers. Thank You for Your care and love for us. Shower us as we continue this service. Bring us to a new understanding of who You are and how much You love us. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen!

You may be seated.

Here I am doing another fireside chat. Get comfortable. Here we go!

I wrote this as a facebook status the other day:

Like a child, I crawl back into Your arms. Not always when I'm sad or scared or hurt. But when I want to be close to You and say how much I love You. And Your voice whispers to me I love you, too, My Child. I love you, too. And You tell me of a love deeper than the lowest hell, one that goes beyond the highest star, is greater far than any tongue or pen can ever tell, it would drain the ocean dry, nor could a scroll contain the whole of it...the love You oh Daddy God have for me...is so big, deep, wide, long, everlasting...that I can not contain it...
I want to shout it out...I LOVE YOU DADDY GOD!! Just because I'm so excited that no matter how much I love You, You love me even more!! And I can't grasp that. I'm so in awe of You. So in awe.

I think that what many of the people of the Bible found also. The unnamed ones that we only learn bits and pieces about. King David...born a shepherd boy...sinned...and yet God loved Him! Queen Esther. Gideon. Caleb. Joshua. Mary. The other Marys, too. Elizabeth. The Johns. The Disciples. Even the ones who nailed Jesus to the cross.

Love was shown to them all and many more. This deep love that only God truly knows about because our minds can't wrap around it or we try to hard to grasp it. Love is not something you can hold in your hand, but it is kind of like the air. Love, however, is not made up of atoms and you can not capture it in a container.

Do you know the most wonderful love letter that God has written us? I am going to amaze even you. God used man to write the Bible. It is part of the love letter. The other part is what is written in our hearts. The unseen part.

Can you grasp the meaning of His love? A love that no poet can write about, no historian can find reference to, no scientist can experiment with, no one can live without. The love of The Father for His children.

You know the most amazing thing? God can hold us all in His lap all at once! He can walk with me and you...and STILL walk with everyone else in this world!

The thing that He can not do is force His will upon us. He can not make us love Him.

We can turn away from Him. We can denounce Him. We can throw stones at Him. We can call Him horrible things. We can whip Him. We can drive nails into his hands and feet. We can watch Him bleed.

And still...still He would love us. Can you not see? Can you not understand?

The love He has for you...for me...is everlasting.

And I cry these tears. I do not understand His love. I can not comprehend it! It is too high for me!
And the words of the Love chapter come to me:

1 Corinthians chapter 13 and it reads

1 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. 2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. 3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing.
4 Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; 5 does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; 6 does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; 7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
8 Love never fails. But whether there are prophecies, they will fail; whether there are tongues, they will cease; whether there is knowledge, it will vanish away. 9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part. 10 But when that which is perfect has come, then that which is in part will be done away.
11 When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child; but when I became a man, I put away childish things. 12 For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know just as I also am known.
13 And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.

And I realize that He..that You oh Father God...You are love!

I realize He is love once again. And I crawl into His lap again. To sit and just be. And He whispers to me in His still small voice “I love you, My child. I love you.”

The altar call is this. Come and be with Him. Yes, that is all. Now, if you don't understand this and want to experience this, those of us on the ministry team are here to help. If you have never taken the step to join the family of God, we can do that, too.

If you need prayer or ministry, please instant message one of the members on the staff team. We are here to assist you in any way we can.

After this time at the altar, we will have a fellowship time in the room up the stairs to your left. All are welcome to join us.

You are free to go whenever you need to do so.

May God bless you this week. May His everlasting love overwhelm you and bring you to Him.
