Good morning and welcome to Abundant Living Ministries CyberChurch.

If this is your first time here, we want to extend a special welcome to you, and invite you to worship God with us today. Be sure to click the visitor sign in the foyer before you leave.

This is the last service here before the New Year rolls in, and tomorrow is the last day of 2007. Abundant Living Ministries is a 501(C)3 non-profit organization, and this is your last chance for your donations to be deducted from your taxes for this year, so feel free to go to and give as the Lord leads. And while you're there, consider partnering with us for this coming year.

As 2008 rolls in, we may dedicate part of a service, Lord willing, to sharing our vision for this coming year, and to talk about ways in which we can all get involved. I believe, as Scripture says, that the fields are white unto harvest. And if you are a willing vessel, then I encourage you to plug in so we can work together as workers in this great harvest of these end times in which we live.

Let's all stand to our feet and open with prayer.

Lord God, thank you for this brand new day. Thank you for each person here with us today, and for what you have planned and purposed for their lives.

Thank you for your Holy Spirit with us today, and for the blood of the Lamb, Jesus, that makes it possible for us to have unbroken fellowship with you.

We come to you in agreement with our brothers and sisters who have asked us to pray for them.

We pray for Jaime, who has a tooth with a broken root and is in a lot of pain. First of all, Lord, we ask for your spirit of love, power, and a sound mind to replace any fear that would control his actions and hold him back from seeing a doctor, if that is the path you would have him go. But Lord, we also ask for your healing power to be poured out upon Jaime, and that you would heal this root and any other damage to his tooth, and that he would have yet another testimony to the power and love of God.

We pray for Noside, who is seeking U.S. citizenship and dealing with a lot of discouragement. We ask, Lord, that you would grant Noside great favor, and that through this process you would develop patience in Noside. And we ask for your peace for Noside, for we know that you will keep those at perfect peace whose minds are stayed upon you, because they trust in you.

We pray for Emeka, and for his wife Joyce and their three children. You see their desire to serve you, and you see Emeka's life-long dream to be a missionary in the U.S. We ask that you continue to lead them on the path you have for them, and that in your perfect timing, you would bring to pass all that you have spoken over Emeka and his family before the first day of their lives had even begun.

And now Lord I pray for this service, that you would have your way here today. May our focus be on you, as you draw us closer to you today.

And it's in Jesus' name we pray.

Joyful, joyful, we adore Thee,
    God of glory, Lord of love;
Hearts unfold like flow'rs before Thee,
    Op'ning to the sun above.

Melt the clouds of sin and sadness;
    Drive the dark of doubt away;
Giver of immortal gladness,
Fill us with the light of day!

All Thy works with joy surround Thee,
Earth and heav'n reflect Thy rays,
Stars and angels sing around Thee,
    Center of unbroken praise.

Field and forest, vale and mountain,
    Flow'ry meadow, flashing sea,
Singing bird and flowing fountain
Call us to rejoice in Thee.

Thou art giving and forgiving,
    Ever blessing, ever blest,
Wellspring of the joy of living,
    Ocean depth of happy rest!

Thou our Father, Christ our Brother,
    All who live in love are Thine;
Teach us how to love each other,
Lift us to the joy divine.

Mortals, join the happy chorus,
    Which the morning stars began;
Father love is reigning o'er us,
Brother love binds man to man.

Ever singing, march we onward,
Victors in the midst of strife,
Joyful music leads us Sunward
In the triumph song of life.

Salvation belongs to our God
Who sits upon the throne
And unto the lamb
Be praise and glory
Wisdom and thanks
Honor and power and strength

Be to our God
Forever and ever
Be to our God
Forever and ever
Be to our God
Forever and ever, amen

And we the redeemed shall be strong
In purpose, and unity
Declaring aloud
Praise and glory
Wisdom and thanks
Honor and power and strength

Holy, holy, holy!  Lord God Almighty!
Early in the morning our song shall rise to thee.
Holy, holy, holy!  Merciful and mighty,
God in three persons, blessed Trinity!

Holy, holy, holy!  All the saints adore thee,
casting down their golden crowns around the glassy sea;
cherubim and seraphim falling down before thee,
which wert, and art, and evermore shalt be.

Holy, holy, holy!  Though the darkness hide thee,
though the eye of sinful man thy glory may not see,
only thou art holy; there is none beside thee,
perfect in power, in love and purity.

Holy, holy, holy!  Lord God Almighty!
All thy works shall praise thy name, in earth and sky and sea.
Holy, holy, holy!  Merciful and mighty,
God in three persons, blessed Trinity.

The Holy Spirit of God is here with us today. Just reach out to him, and let him continue his work in you.

When you're ready, you can be seated.

I've asked a dear brother and co-laborer in the Lord to share a message from the Word of God. So let's open our hearts to what the Spirit of God wants to speak to us today as California Condor comes and speaks a timely message into our lives.

*** Please listen to the audio at for the text of today's message. ***

Ephesians 2:8-10

8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,
9 not of works, lest anyone should boast.
10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand  that we should walk in them.

James 2:14-24

14 What does it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith  save him?

15 If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food,
16 and one of you says to them, "Depart in peace, be warmed and filled," but you do not give them the  things which are needed for the body, what does it profit?

17 Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.

18 But someone will say, "You have faith, and I have works." Show me your faith without your works, and  I will show you my faith by my works.
19 You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe—and tremble!

20 But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead?
21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered Isaac his son on the altar?

22 Do you see that faith was working together with his works, and by works faith was made perfect?

23 And the Scripture was fulfilled which says, "Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for  righteousness." And he was called the friend of God.

24 You see then that a man is justified by works, and not by faith only.

Romans 4:2-5

2 For if Abraham was justified by works, he has something to boast about, but not before God.
3 For what does the Scripture say? "Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for  righteousness."
4 Now to him who works, the wages are not counted as grace but as debt.

Titus 3:5

Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the  washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit.

Hebrews 9:14

How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to  God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

Romans 11:5-6

5 Even so then, at this present time there is a remnant according to the election of grace.

6 And if by grace, then it is no longer of works; otherwise grace is no longer grace. But if it is of  works, it is no longer grace; otherwise work is no longer work.

Galatians 5:6

For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision avails anything, but faith working through  love.

John 14:6

Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through  Me.

Acts 4:12

Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which  we must be saved."

Romans 4:16

Therefore it is of faith that it might be according to grace, so that the promise might be sure to all  the seed, not only to those who are of the law, but also to those who are of the faith of Abraham, who  is the father of us all.

Romans 5:1

Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Mark 1:15

And saying, "The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the  gospel."

Acts 2:38

Then Peter said to them, "Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for  the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit."

Acts 8:22

Repent therefore of this your wickedness, and pray God if perhaps the thought of your heart may be  forgiven you.

Acts 16:31

So they said, "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household."

Acts 26:20

But declared first to those in Damascus and in Jerusalem, and throughout all the region of Judea, and  then to the Gentiles, that they should repent, turn to God, and do works befitting repentance.

Romans 10:9

That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him  from the dead, you will be saved.

Romans 4:5

But to him who does not work but believes on Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is accounted for  righteousness.

Thank you brother for bringing the Word of God to us today. May God continue to challenge us to trust in him more fully, and not in ourselves or the strength of man. And by the working of his Holy Spirit in us, may we continue to respond more fully, demonstrating that faith in actions of truth and love.

I'd like for the ministry team to come to the front now.

This altar is open for prayer and ministry. Feel free to step out of your seats and come stand or kneel at the front and spend some time in the presence of the Lord.

If you need prayer or ministry, feel free to instant message someone on the ministry team. If you'd like to carry on a conversation with someone, please do so in a place where you won't disturb this time of ministry.

You're all invited to go to the room on your left for a time of fellowship whenever your time with God here today is finished.

And if you haven't accepted Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior, may I invite you to accept him by faith today, and allow his unending love to give you a brand new start.

Just talk to him in your own words. Invite him into your heart. Ask him to forgive you for your sins. And he will wash you clean and make you a part of the family of God. Then instant message someone on the ministry team and tell them you have accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior.

And as 2007 comes to an end, let's enter the new year as a new creation, old things have passed away, and behold, all things have become new!
